By accessing this website or purchasing any services from Onyx Local, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Onyx Local.
Onyx Local provides managed local growth services including:
• website design, hosting, and ongoing management
• business listing optimization and synchronization
• reputation management and review generation tools
• automated messaging and lead capture systems
• AI-assisted engagement tools
• compliance-support features
These services may include automation, third-party integrations, messaging tools, hosting infrastructure, and performance optimization.
All services are provided on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time by either party.
Onyx Local does not require long-term contracts.
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control including search engines, competition, algorithms, and market conditions.
You acknowledge that:
• Rankings are not guaranteed
• Leads are not guaranteed
• Revenue increases are not guaranteed
Onyx Local agrees only to provide professional services using commercially reasonable efforts.
Services are billed monthly in advance.
Failure to make payment may result in:
• suspension of services
• pausing of campaigns
• limitation of functionality
Onyx Local reserves the right to charge a reactivation fee to resume work following suspension due to non-payment.
Clients may cancel services at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund work already performed.
Onyx Local reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, including in cases of:
• non-payment
• misuse of services
• abusive conduct
• legal or reputational risk
If payment is not received, Onyx Local may pause active work or disable optimizations until the account is brought current.
Onyx Local is not responsible for performance impacts resulting from service suspension.
Clients retain ownership of:
• their business
• branding
• website content
Onyx Local retains ownership of:
• proprietary systems
• internal processes
• frameworks
• reporting structures
• automation tools
Clients are granted ongoing use of completed work, but not ownership of Onyx Local’s methodologies or systems.
Onyx Local may use employees, contractors, or third-party specialists to deliver services.
All work remains under the responsibility of Onyx Local.
Onyx Local offers a referral program that allows eligible clients to receive a 10% service discount for each successful referral.
A referral is considered successful when:
• the referred individual signs up for monthly services, and
• remains an active paying client for at least one full billing cycle.
Each individual may only be referred once.
Clients may earn a maximum of three (3) referral discounts.
Additional referrals are welcome but will not result in further discounts beyond this limit.
Duplicate referrals will not be honored.
Onyx Local reserves the right to:
• verify referral eligibility
• deny fraudulent or abusive referrals
• modify or discontinue the program at any time
Referral discounts:
• apply only to future billing cycles
• have no cash value
• may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for payment
All referral rewards are issued at Onyx Local’s discretion.
Onyx Local may provide tools or configurations intended to support regulatory compliance (including ADA, GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and messaging requirements).
These tools are provided for convenience only.
Onyx Local does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your business complies with applicable laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyx Local shall not be liable for:
• loss of revenue
• loss of rankings
• business interruption
• indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.
Nothing in these Terms creates:
• an employment relationship
• a partnership
• a joint venture
Clients may not represent Onyx Local or bind the Company to any obligation.
You may not:
• copy or resell materials
• misuse services
• reverse engineer systems
We use cookies to improve website functionality and user experience.
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Broward County, Florida.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Third-party platforms may affect performance.
Onyx Local may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Onyx Local regarding services.
By using Onyx Local services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
